No. c44 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in both accounts being suspended along with any PKR balance pending review. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Click "Forgot your password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset code will be sent by SMS. Enter the code and set a new password. The process takes about two minutes and does not require you to contact support. If your registered number is no longer active, contact c44 support through your account page for manual verification.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address and notification preferences directly. Changes to your registered mobile number or CNIC require identity verification — contact c44 support through the account page and provide the relevant documents. This protects your account against unauthorised changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

For cricket matches, settlement follows the official scorecard. In the event of a match being abandoned, no-result rules apply and stakes are typically returned.
