A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not meet the conditions required for settlement — for example a cricket match abandoned due to rain before the minimum overs required have been bowled, depending on the market rules applicable to that event. Voided bets are returned to your PKR balance as a stake refund.
In-play betting is available on selected cricket, football and esports markets. In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to availability. There may be brief suspensions in the betting markets during key moments in a match — such as during a review in cricket or at kick-off in football. This is normal operation and does not constitute a platform failure.
c44 may apply maximum payout limits on individual markets or events. Where a maximum payout applies, it will be visible before you confirm your bet. If a potential payout on a bet exceeds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at that maximum regardless of the stake placed.
